Wow! What a weekend!!
2 stage wins for Alberto Contador at Tirreno-Adriatico!
Watching an in-form Contador climb is pretty special and the hilly/near vertical terrain of stage 5 proved a perfect showcase for the talents of the classy Spaniard, putting considerable time into his rivals… Team Tinkoff-Saxo is on a roll!
Sportful Export Manager, Guido Cortese knows a thing or two about bike racing and correctly predicted Alberto would be the man to beat.
He also predicted the team would be wearing the BodyFit Pro Aero Jersey and sure enough they were!
It’s now the team’s “go to” jersey for all but cold weather conditions. I haven’t seen a race where they’re not wearing it!
It’s aero – yes, I know the name kinda gives that one away but it’s actually the most aerodynamic jersey we’ve ever tested.
The lightweight, structured mesh construction of the Dry Pro Lite fabric provides almost instant drying… where a sweat or rain drenched jersey will lead to being cold and chilled.
It’s comfortable. Raw edge sleeves lay flat on your skin, no irritation from grippers or seams. The stretch mesh fabric provides a close fitting but non- restrictive feel to this jersey.
It’s the same jersey we’ll be wearing for tomorrow’s lunch ride!
