FIANDRE LIGHT WS JACKET

For 2014-15 we’ve  taken our popular Fiandre NoRain jacket, well known for it’s foul weather protection and put it on a diet, the result, the Fiandre Light WS Jacket.

 

With new Windstopper LightStretch protection, a waterproof YKK zipper and our NoRain treatment it’s a super light jacket that is extremely versatile. We’ve given it 3 jersey style pockets with drain holes, a zip cover at the chin for comfort and reflective details for safety. At 259g you would be forgiven for thinking it’s too light to offer decent protection but it’s been pro race tested by Tinkoff Saxo from the snow covered slopes of the Stelvio in the Giro, to the muddy pave of Flanders in the Tour and taken everything mother nature can throw at it, then come back for seconds!

FIANDRE LIGHT NORAIN TOP

For warmer conditions we have the new Fiandre Light NoRain Top designed like a wind vest, but with sleeves… sounds strange but it makes a lot of sense.

A wind vest is a super functional piece of kit, keeping just your torso protected and easy to get on and off, but it leaves your arms exposed (or your shoulders if you have armwarmers) A jacket gives you full protection but the sleeves can be a hassle, plus they can impact your aerodynamics.

The Fiandre Light NoRain Top has Windshield protection on the chest, shoulders and upper arms and super stretchy NoRain Light fabric on the forearms & back, making it easy to get on, close fitting, breathable and packable. It also has some neat features like a zippered side opening for access to your jersey pockets and reflective details for safety.

 

FIANDRE LIGHT WIND JERSEY

When the cold winter wind is more of an issue than rain the Fiandre Light Wind Jersey is the perfect choice.

Constructed like a thermal long sleeve jersey but with the added protection of Windstopper 4Way Light on the front to keep windchill at bay and even stays dry in all but the heaviest rain showers without hindering breathability thanks to the NoRain treatment. Three jersey pockets plus a zippered key pocket allows you to wear it with just a baselayer for even better breathability.

 

FIANDRE NORAIN BIBSHORTS & TIGHTS

We’ve also completely redesigned the Fiandre NoRain Bibshorts giving them a super wide raw cut leg band with silicone micro dots. This helps the shorts sit flat on top of warmers, stops water ingress and is comfortable against the skin on warmer days. The comfortable BodyFit Pro seatpad remains. as does the warm, water resistant NoRain Thermal fabric, plus we’ve added some reflective piping so you’ll be picked up in the headlights on dull days. For even more protection we also make the Fiandre NoRain Bibtight which features a silicone coating on the thighs and rear to add protection from wheelspray.
